Adam may be our licensed lead broker, but in his own words he’s just our “pretty face”. He primarily handles talks of strategy and client/partner communication. He provides straight forward facts within a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Adam's top priority is client understanding.
Pauline Dawson

Pauline has been Flawless Financing's "golden girl" since 2015, after completing her degree in Business Administration at VIU. Her skills in problem solving proves her to be an extremely talented Mortgage Broker. Pauline brings her knack for numbers, immense knowledge base and empathetic nature to every single situation.
Lindsay MacDowell
Licensed Underwriter
Lindsay is an incredibly valued team member here at Flawless Financing. A real underwriting "prodigy", she skillfully guides clients through every step of the application process. Her unique abilities come from extensive experience in client care and an education in Computer Science.
Sam MacLennan
Office and Marketing Manager
Sam joined the Flawless Financing team in 2022 and has kept this machine running and polished ever since. Truly a "Jane" of all trades, her ability to problem-solve and tackle any task necessary keeps the team and our clients relieved that she's on our side. If it's easily understandable, organized, and visually appealing, it's probably Sam's doing.
